As Disability Employment Week 2022 approaches, we have the opportunity to reflect and look forward to our goals and commitments in promoting employment for people with disabilities. Here, on behalf of the company, I would like to pay high tribute to all my colleagues who are committed to promoting this great cause.

Over the past year, we have made significant progress in promoting employment for people with disabilities. We continue to promote an inclusive culture, are committed to removing barriers at work, and provide equal opportunities and support for employees with disabilities. These efforts not only enhance the diversity of our organization, but also enhance our innovation and social impact.

However, we are well aware that there are still many challenges and obstacles to overcome on the road to full employment and equal development for persons with disabilities. Therefore, for Disability Employment Week Edition 2022, we have set the following goals to further drive progress in the employment of people with disabilities:

First, deepen understanding of the importance of employment for persons with disabilities

We will continue to strengthen internal publicity and education to raise employees’ awareness of the importance of employment for persons with disabilities and promote an inclusive culture. By sharing successful cases and popularizing relevant knowledge, we will inspire more people to pay attention to and support the employment cause of people with disabilities.

Second, optimize the recruitment and selection process

We will further improve the recruitment and selection process to ensure that people with disabilities can compete on an equal basis and get suitable jobs. We will actively promote barrier-free recruitment to provide a more convenient and friendly job search experience for people with disabilities.

Provide customized training and development opportunities

We will provide customized training and development opportunities based on the individual needs and career goals of our employees with disabilities. By providing professional skills training, career guidance, psychological counseling and other services, we will help employees with disabilities improve their professional quality and competitiveness, achieve self-worth and career development.

Fourth, strengthen cooperative partnership

We will actively establish partnerships with government departments, social organizations, enterprises and universities to jointly promote the development of employment for persons with disabilities. By sharing resources, exchanging experience and carrying out cooperation projects, we will form a broader and deeper cooperation network and provide more comprehensive and effective support for people with disabilities.

We will continue to pay attention to the development of the employment cause of persons with disabilities, and timely understand and grasp the changes in relevant policies and regulations. At the same time, we will continue to improve and optimize our working mechanism and service methods to ensure that disabled employees can get better support and protection.
