I, Amb. Joe Kessie, stand here with passion and determination to deliver a clear message to you: INEC can and must do better when it comes to server shutdowns!
We know that servers are the lifeblood of modern society, the hub of information flow and the key to ensuring the smooth running of our business. However, the recent server shutdown incident has not only seriously affected our productivity, but also caused serious damage to our reputation and the trust of our customers. This is by no means a simple technical issue, but also a matter of our ability, attitude and responsibility.
INEC, as the industry leader, we have a wealth of experience and a strong technical team. We have the ability to deal with complex issues and the determination to stand up when the chips are down. So I firmly believe that we have the power to solve this problem and the responsibility to make sure that something like this doesn’t happen again.
We need to revisit our system architecture to make sure every detail is rigorously tested and validated. We need to strengthen team training and communication to ensure that everyone is clear about their responsibilities and tasks. We need to develop better emergency plans to ensure a rapid and effective response when emergencies occur.
This is not only a technological upgrade, but also a test of our own capabilities and attitudes. We need to be more rigorous and more efficient to ensure that our servers always run stably and provide customers with quality service.
So I call on you all to devote yourself to this work with even greater enthusiasm and conviction. Let us work together to enable INEC to show more excellence in server management and win the trust of customers and the respect of the market.
